1. What is a VPS?
A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a virtual server with dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, disk) that works as a separate independent server. You get full root access and can install any software.
2. How does VPS differ from regular hosting?
With a VPS, you get guaranteed resources and full control over the server.
Unlike shared hosting, resources are not shared with other users.
3. When is the server activated after payment?
In most cases, the server is created automatically within a few minutes after payment is confirmed.
4. 4. What operating systems are available?
After ordering the vps, you will have a free CloudPanel control panel installed on Ubunty 22. Where you can add sites, databases, configure php versions, file manager, backups, install a free ssl certificate and more.
5. Is root access granted?
Yes. All VPS servers are provided with full root access. You are in full control of the server.
6. What happens if I don't have time to pay for the server?
- You will receive a reminder 7 days before the end of the period.
- After the end of the paid period, the server can be suspended.
- After the grace period expires, the server will be deleted without the possibility of recovery.
7. Is it possible to restore the server after suspension?
Yes, if it hasn't been deleted yet. After replenishing the balance, the server is automatically activated.
8. Do you make backups?
The user is responsible for creating backup copies of their data.
Additional backup services can be provided separately (depending on the tariff).
9. Can I change my tariff plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your tariff. Downgrading to a lower tariff is agreed individually.
10. What actions are prohibited?
It is forbidden to use servers for:
- SPAM mailings
- DDoS attacks and port scanning
- distribution of malicious software
- illegal activities
- copyright infringement

11. Is a refund possible?
Refunds are possible within 30 days only in certain cases:
- downtime over 24 hours due to the fault of VPSio
- configuration inconsistencies with the declared parameters
In other cases, there is no refund.
