1. Terms of server lease

VPS servers are rented for the following terms:

  • 1 month
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 12 months

It is possible to conclude a long-term lease agreement for a period of 12 months or more. Long-term lease ensures the stability of your project and fixing the tariffs for the entire lease period.

After the end of the paid period, the lease term is automatically extended upon timely payment. A notice of the need for payment is sent 7 days before the end of the current period.

Various improvements to the site/sites and customization that do not apply to standard services of the vps/hosting800 UAH/hour.

Basic technical support and standard maintenance are already included in the tariffs. Server setup and administration that goes beyond basic support are charged separately upon agreement.

3. Payment terms.

We work on a prepaid basis. All services are provided after 100% payment for the selected period.

Available payment methods:

  • Visa and MasterCard bank cards
  • Bank transfer (for legal entities)
  • Electronic payment systems

Payment is made for the full selected rental period. The invoice for the next period is generated automatically and sent to your email 7 days before the end of the current period.

4. Warranty and service conditions

We guarantee server availability at least 99.9% of the time during the month. Scheduled maintenance is carried out with at least 24 hours' notice.

Technical support in case of malfunctions:

  • 24/7 monitoring of servers and network infrastructure
  • Automatic problem detection and response
  • Prompt replacement of faulty equipment

Response time to requests depending on priority:

  • Critical (server is unavailable) - up to 30 minutes
  • High (serious problems in work) - up to 1 hour
  • Medium (partial functionality limitations) - up to 4 hours
  • Low (consulting issues) - up to 8 hours

Data backup:

  • Automatic data backup is performed every few days
  • For the Basic tariff, the last 3 backups are saved
  • For the Premium tariff, the last 7 backups are saved
  • Restoring from a backup copy is available on request
  • The customer can also create their own backups through the control panel

5. Security.

To protect data and prevent attacks, it is provided:

  • Physical security of equipment in a secure data center
  • Network isolation of VPS servers using KVM virtualization
  • Basic protection against DDoS attacks (included in all plans):
    • Filtering malicious traffic at the network level
    • Detect and block anomalous activity
    • Protection against TCP/UDP/ICMP flood attacks up to 10 Gbps
  • Advanced protection against DDoS attacks (available as an additional service):
    • Protection against L7 attacks
    • In-depth analytics and traffic filtering
    • Higher attack processing limits (up to 100 Gbps)
  • Regular security updates
  • Suspicious activity monitoring 24/7

The Customer is solely responsible for installing security updates for the operating system and software used on the server.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

Rights and obligations of the Contractor (Lessor):

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide services of proper quality in accordance with the selected tariff
    • Ensure uninterrupted operation of equipment and communication channels
    • Provide technical support in accordance with the terms of service
    • Back up your data
    • Maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's information
  • Rights:
    • Suspend the provision of services in case of violation of the terms of the agreement by the Customer
    • Carry out scheduled maintenance with prior notice
    • Change tariffs by notifying the Customer at least 30 days in advance

Rights and obligations of the Customer (Lessee):

  • Responsibilities:
    • Pay for services in a timely manner according to the selected tariff
    • Do not violate the legislation of Ukraine when using the server
    • Do not post or distribute malicious software
    • Do not use the server for mass spamming
    • Do not exceed the permissible loads on the equipment
  • Rights:
    • Receive quality services according to the chosen tariff
    • Change the tariff or cancel the service
    • Receive technical support and advice

Terms of termination of the agreement:

  • At the initiative of the Customer at any time after notifying the Contractor
  • At the initiative of the Contractor in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement by the Customer
  • In the absence of payment for the next period

In case of termination of the agreement at the initiative of the Customer without violation of the terms by the Contractor, the balance of funds for the unused period shall not be refunded. In case of termination of the Agreement at the initiative of the Contractor due to violations of the terms by the Customer, the balance of funds for the unused period shall also not be refunded.

  • Critical - up to 30 minutes

For critical situations, it is recommended to use a ticketing system or online chat, as these channels have the highest processing priority.
